Salsa Salad

This recipe is not really salsa and its not really a salad, but it tastes really nice. I think its great because you can dress it up or down (see what I did there?) depending on the occasion. This recipe is really just a guideline: use your own judgement & feel free to add or take away ingredients as you see fit!

Ingredients

- 1 onion

- 2 large tomatoes

- parsely

- 1 clove of garlic

- olive oil

- balsamic vinegar

- lemon/lime (optional)

- capers (optional)

- a bowl & spoon

1) Chop the tomatos, the onion, the garlic and the parsely (the finer you slice them the more fancy its going to look)

2) Add them to the bowl and mix them all up

3) Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil and a less-generous amount of baslamic vinger over the top. Add a squeeze of lemon or lime for a kick of flavour (optional)

4) Add a few capers on the top and a sprig or parsely if you want that instragram-worthy look. Don't forget to put it in a fancy bowl!
